Navy Beaded Stretch Headband w Velvet Band features a stunning iridescent navy applique with inlayed crystal rhinestones. The applique is sewn to a navy stretch ribbon band and draped with two layers of veiling which have been hand painted with silver metallic paint twisted and tacked to stretch band. Band snaps together at center back.
